Shipping Info
The TAP3 device will be shipped using 1st class postage (UK) and standard airmail for EU and Rest of World. No tracking is provided by these services. If you wish to pay for tracking then please let us know when you purchase your TAP3 and we will advise how much more on top of the standard shipping costs it will be.

There may be customs charges to pay in countries outside the EU.

If you live in a country which restricts postage of re-chargeable lithium-ion batteries (the battery in the TAP3) it is your responsibility to advise us of this. The TAP3 device may have to be shipped by DHL/FedEx/UPS or similar service and this could considerably increase the cost of shipping.
Return Policy
All TAP3 devices are checked to be working before shipping. Please contact us at info [at] dadahack.com for trouble-shooting before returning the item to us.
